This page defines the rules for engaging Dariawebdesign as your corporate intranet and backend portal development partner. Read these terms carefully before starting a project, as they govern the scope of work, responsibilities, and limits of liability.
Dariawebdesign provides corporate intranet development, backend portal architecture, and related technical consulting for multinational heavy industry corporations. Each engagement is defined by a written statement of work that specifies deliverables, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written amendment.
The client is responsible for providing accurate technical documentation, timely access to relevant systems, and designated personnel for requirement reviews and testing. Delays in providing these inputs may shift project timelines. The client must also ensure that all data shared during development is lawfully obtained and that the client holds the necessary rights to use it.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom code, configuration files, and documentation produced specifically for their project. Dariawebdesign retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling, and reusable components not developed exclusively for the client. Nothing in these terms transfers rights to third-party software or libraries used within the solution.
Both parties agree to keep non-public information received during the engagement confidential. Dariawebdesign applies industry-standard safeguards to protect client data, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and restricted storage. These obligations survive the end of the engagement and apply to all subcontractors involved in the project.
Dariawebdesign is liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct, up to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
We warrant that deliverables will conform to the agreed specification for a period of ninety days after acceptance. The client must report defects in writing within this period, and we will correct them at no additional cost. The warranty excludes issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party hardware failures, or changes made by the client after handover.
Either party may terminate an engagement with fourteen days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Dariawebdesign will deliver all finished materials and documentation for which payment has been received. Sections on confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability continue after termination.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version is published on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
